Ingredients
2 cups of strawberries
1 TBSP of raw honey
2 TBSP of chia seeds
Directions
Trim stems from strawberries and cut them into halves. Place honey,strawberries and chia seeds in a blender/ food processor and pulse until you get the preferred consistency. I prefer more chunky jam
Transfer jam to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until it begins to bubble. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer 10-15 minutes or until jam thickens. Remove from heat and pour into mason jar.
Let it cool and store in the fridge for up to a week. You can also freeze it.
